Vintage Antique Cast Iron Floor Grate Heat Vent Register Cover 13 1/2" x 10"
This grate has a louver on the bottom that is operated by lever on the top
The paint is chipping and there is rust in some spots, probably can be wire brushed and or sanded
The grate fits flat to the floor with room for the louver to operate and the ornate part sits up about 1/2"
