This is a Vintage lot of 2 Boy Scout Neckerchief Holder / Tie Clasp. Item is made of brass and has some light scratches. One holder measure approximately 1 3/8 inches x 1 ½ inches. The other holder measures approximately 1 ½ inches x 1 3/8 inches.
