Vintage Kontes Glass Separatory Funnel Lab Flask Perkin Elmer Distillation Pyrex

Up for sale i have a very unusual piece of lab glassware. I have no clue what this is actually called, so let me know if you have any info. The top portion is marked Perkin Elmer and the bottom flask is marked Kontes Glass. There is no damage at all to this piece, there are no cracks no chips. The turn knobs all function properly. The flask seems to be stuck to the top section, im going to leave it alone rather than break something. This is a very awesome looking piece that would be great for  a vintage lab display.
