Vintage Cast Iron Heat Grate Heater Vent Register Cover

Up for sale is this vintage cast iron grate. It is 13 3/4 inches wide and 11 inches long. The space between the holes is 5 and 11 1/4 There looks to be some pitting so please see pictures. I do think it has been painted. There is a crack on each side of what I think is a handle. It's not loose where the crack is -still very sturdy.
