There are several different marks on the item. One set of initials is probably by the artist which is ILY. The other mark is HWB from DJ 5-75 (May 1975) Probably from one tribe member to the other.
One of the stones is damaged but has been completely repaired. See Photos

The tips measures approximately 2 3/4" long

Condition: Pre-owned, we have left the patina but it can be polished
