ue to USPS guidelines the buyer is responsible for taking the broken item and box to your local post office for inspection before a claim can be paid. They will NOT pay a claim without looking at the item first so it's important that you keep the box and item until it is inspected

RETURNS: Most of my items offer a

day return policy. If you decide you don't want an item (doesn't fit, don't like the color, etc.) you can send it back during that time frame and will be issued a refund of the purchase price. I do not refund original or return shipping on returns where the buyer changed their mind. However, if you get an item that is not as described (I missed a chip or some other damage, etc.) contact me and I will send you a return label. Once I receive the item I will refund your original cost plus shipping.
