RARE motorized electric Harry Frazier Bliss strip slitter for hooked rug hooking

You are bidding on a vintage Bliss strip slitter that has been motorized!  There is kind of a beautiful story behind this, a machinist friend of mine made this for his mother who could not easily crank the handle.  He made a nice aluminum base for it, attached a high torque/low revolution electric motor to it, welded a little cover for it and installed an on/off switch for her!  It works fine, but the cutter has rust on it and will need to be replaced for best results.  The cord should have new wire nuts put on it, just to be through.  It is fine and functional as is, but could use some light attention to make it run at its optimum level.  Buyer to pay .90 for shipping and insurance.  Thanks for looking, and good luck bidding!
