    Description

    A beautiful collectible set of four U.S. postage stamps issued in 1949 to commemorate the first Gubernatorial Election in Puerto Rico.
    These stamps have never been used and are as fresh as the day they were sold at the Post Office over 70 years ago!  Suitable for framing, they would make a great gift for anyone who hails from or is interested in United States and Puerto Rico history!
