STANDARD FEATURES INCLUDED - We chose to include the features that are needed for maximum performance.  These are often extras with other brands.
Drive system: Variable speed 1 HP (Direct Current DC)
Operating speed is 1 to 20ft./min.with current sprocket-to-sprocket ratio.
Includes a Dodge belt saver torque converter
Tunnel accessibility: The tunnels are equipped with removable side panels for access to the entire interior of the tunnel.
Tank accessibility: The solution tank is equipped with a large “lift-off” hatch to provide access to the tank for cleaning and/or service of chip baskets.
Chip and Solids Containment System:  This feature consists of a tray, which is mounted under the conveyor belt.
This tray diverts all of the solution to a central point where it flows through an easily removable, stainless steel perforated basket.
This returns the the water returns to the main tank for heating. This feature retains particulate matter in the basket for easy removal while minimizing solution heat loss.
Oil Skimmer: Disc type oil skimmer with 12” diameter, stainless steel skimming wheel, stainless steel squeegee blades and mild steel frame.
This system is used to remove the oil from the top of the cleaning solution to a customer-supplied container.
Low Water: Automatic low water shut-off sensing system for increased reliability and reduced maintenance.
This is a custom inline unit designed to be load and unloaded with a robot.
