Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This lot is in Good cosmetic condition with minor residues inside from prior use.  It looks like a few of the nozzles may be leaking, from the dark residues nearby.  The outsides have minor scuffs/scratches from prior use and handling.  Note that not all the hose fittings have the same diameter-adapter collar installed.
Notes:
These were removed from decommissioned equipment and we didn't get the high voltage supply for the ionizers.  When shop air was put to the air fittings, half of the nozzles on each cleaning unit spun; the others either spun very slowly or not at all. Our shop air is not capable of supplying all the air these want, so they *may* be good to go.  The nozzles which didn't turn can be turned easily by hand but resistance to turning is higher.  No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
