There is dirt, stains, or dust on the front and back of the plastic bag. There is a the remains of a sticker on the front of the plastic bag. There is a plastic hanger glued to the top of the plastic bag. Hanger is in Good condition with wear.  Hanger is completely and  firmly glued to the plastic .   Approx. 24" x 36" when finished.   Rug pattern has been in a home with animals and dust.  US buyer pays  first Class mail with insurance extra. I COMBINE POSTAGE. Buyer is responsible for lost or damaged item is not covered by insurance. International postage more so email for postage.
