This is a Premium quality pre-made album constructed on a Frank Garcia Memory Hardware heavy duty chipboard base book.  Themed papers are from Prima's sold-out " Pumpkin Spice" collection which is very hard to find.  All floral and chipboard embellishments are also by Prima.  Additional embellishments include burlap and lace ribbons and striped gros-grain.
There is a total of 16 decorated pages, including front and back covers.   Most of the inside pages have pockets and include coordinated tags and mats.   There are 17 repositionable tags and mats and 4 permanent mats inside.    Photos can easily slide under the embellishment left free on the edges for this purpose.  If you love a heavily embellished album, this one is packed full!      If you would like to see closer  photos of individual pages, please send message.
