Operating Conditions:
Chem-Crest 2003 is typically used at 10% by volume in ultrasonic applications. Normal operating temperatures: 120 - 180°F, dependent on the material makeup of the substrate, and the contaminants being removed. Contact your Crest representative for product-line specific recommendations. Recommended rinsing water temperature: 110 - 150°F.
Substrate Compatibility:
Chem-Crest 2003 is safe on various metals, such as copper and steels, glass, plastics, hard rubber articles, and ceramics, when used as directed. It can be used with aluminum for short exposure periods to remove tough contaminants.
