The State of California encourages the disposal of cat feces in trash and discourages flushing feces in toilets or disposing of them in drains. Directions: 1. Pour to a depth of 3–4 inches. 2. Remove solids waste daily and dispose in trash. Add more litter as needed to maintain a depth of 3–4 inches. 3. At least once a month, clean the litter box with mild detergent and water between litter changes.
