Top lid has split as shown in pictures.

Chronometer runs very strong and keeps good time.
Measurement of wood box: 7.25" wide, 7.50" deep, and 7.62" tall.

For shipping I will be corking balance wheel, removing chronometer from box, wrap in many
layers of bubble wrap and ship in a very large 18" x 18" x 18" heavy duty box to provide plenty of cushion.
