This is a old sterling and mother of pearl teething ring rattle
It is a little dinged up from age and use
The mother of pearl ring is in good shape
It measures 3.25" long
We didn't do much cleaning on this as it is a nice old piece.
It will need a good polish and wash, but other than that, it is a really nice antique baby item
