Antique English Art Nouveau Sterling Silver with Leather Wallet Money Coin Case

Antique sterling silver with English hallmarks and leather wallet / money coin case.
Measures approx. 5 1/2" by 2 1/4".
There is old polished residue on the leather.
Silver is tarnished. And is slightly separated from the leather in a couple of places. The clasp doesn't shut tight, possibly needs alignment?
