Antique cast iron Wall floor adjustable vent/pipe vent.
This vent or exhaust plate was made in the late 1800s  in Sterling Ill. by the Novelty Iron Works.
It has an outer ring and an inner ring which could be adjusted to control air flow.
This is a beautifully detailed piece of decorative cast iron hardware.
The condition is very good with surface rust.  No Cracks or other damage..
Size - Diameter of lg. ring 16 1/2" sm. ring13". Internal Hole is 7".
