Brand new in box - outer box has damage and open but item is brand new in its original wrapping with all pieces and installation instruction paper.
Item inside has a small dent towards the edge of the right side of the front of the recess kit. Pictures provide a better idea.
The item was in its package and was removed to take pictures and it seems as it has never been removed from packaging, the dent was probably caused by shipping.
The Alpine 400-RECESS kit works with all Alpine Hemlock hand dryers. The recess kit reduces the protrusion of the dryer to less than 4 in. from the wall to meet ADA requirements when the dryer is installed in a narrow passage (hand dryer not included). Stainless Steel Brushed reduces finger prints and makes a clean look.
