Excellent strength - wet or dry - and these wipes last a long time in use!  Leaves no lint or residue behind, wipes dry without streaking, use it with solvents or almost any liquid and it is still strong!  The sizes can vary with the smallest size is about 12" x 12".  These are left over from our cutting operation and just packed in a
