1979 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic 1979 Volkswagen Super beetle Convertible low reserve

1979 Super beetle Convertible.
MECHANICAL CONDITION: Runs and drives well. Reliable starts up every time (even in winter). 8,006 miles is what the odometer currently shows but I believe (could be wrong) that once the odometer hits 100,000 it rolls back over to the beginning so I believe it is actually 108,006. I tried to pull a carfax to confirm but due to it only having 10 numbers in the VIN I cannot. The engine and transmission are mechanically sound. I have been slowly restoring the car for the last 4 years. The tires are also old so I would definitely replace.
BODY/EXTERIOR: There is very minimal rust on the body itself (see pictures) the heater channels are solid (see pictures) but there is some rust underneath (see pictures). The floor pans will need to be replaced soon.  I also have a new carpet set that comes with the car (see pictures). It has a heater blower in the trunk (factory installed) but it does not work.
I just received a new title from the state (original was lost). I wanted to fully restore but I have too many projects.
I do not regularly drive the car but I start up the car every weekend and drive it around the neighborhood once every two months or so.
