1930's LENNOX FURNACE CO.
CAST IRON DAMPER OPEN & CLOSE CONTROLLER
The damper has long chains that are attached to the two slide knobs on the inside that control the open and close knobs.  It's in as found condition, hasn't been cleaned but should clean up much better than it looks now.  No damage, breaks or cracks.  It's cast iron with a bronze texture plating in areas.  I took the back off to make sure it was all there, I'm pretty good at taking things apart, but no so good putting them back together.  The round cast cylinder shown next to the damper goes inside, but I couldn't remember where or how to put it back in.  You'll have to figure that out.  If you have any questions, just message me.
